{"id":7586,"date":"2020-05-12T10:49:11","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T13:49:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-test.ces.com.uy\/web\/?p=7586"},"modified":"2021-01-07T11:49:38","modified_gmt":"2021-01-07T14:49:38","slug":"un-paso-mas-cerca-de-ser-testers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress-test.ces.com.uy\/?p=7586","title":{"rendered":"Un paso m\u00e1s cerca de ser testers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado lunes 4 de mayo 50 j\u00f3venes iniciaron su formaci\u00f3n en Testing de Software con el CES tras haber sido seleccionados en el marco del <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.ces.com.uy\/index.php\/acercando-educacion-y-trabajo\/\">Proyecto Acercando Educaci\u00f3n y Trabajo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un proyecto en el que los j\u00f3venes, adem\u00e1s de cursar el diploma de Tester de Software de la Carrera de Testing del CES, participar\u00e1n de pr\u00e1cticas formativas en empresas de \u00e1rea de TI. En las pr\u00e1cticas formar\u00e1n parte de los equipos de testing de las distintas empresas involucradas en la formaci\u00f3n, y ser\u00e1n apoyados por tutores que los guiar\u00e1n en su proceso de aprendizaje.<\/p>\n<h4>El proceso<\/h4>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos 2 meses casi 150 postulantes de entre 18 y 29 a\u00f1os de edad, provenientes de distintos \u00e1mbitos acad\u00e9micos y laborales, participaron del proceso de selecci\u00f3n que incluy\u00f3 pruebas en el aula virtual del CES y entrevistas. Un dato interesante y que no pasamos inadvertido, dado que se relaciona con la nota sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.ces.com.uy\/index.php\/techy-por-el-dia-en-el-ces\/\">mujeres en la Industria TI<\/a>, es que a lo largo de todo el proceso, el n\u00famero de hombres y mujeres fue muy parejo.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente tras la firma del convenio con Inefop, los 50 seleccionados comenzaron su camino a transformarse en Testers de Software, y durante los pr\u00f3ximos diez meses estar\u00e1n cursando el diploma en l\u00ednea, divididos en dos grupos.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el CES deseamos los mayores \u00e9xitos a los j\u00f3venes y a las empresas con las que trabajaremos en conjunto los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Buena suerte!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado lunes 4 de mayo 50 j\u00f3venes iniciaron su [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":7589,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mi_skip_tracking":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[43,71,112,81,42],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Un paso m\u00e1s cerca de ser testers &ndash;
